Gaines Bend is offering two areas of new development. Bluebonnet Shores, located on the Northern end of the peninsula, and Rawhide Vista, located on the Eastern side of the peninsula. Each area has home sites ranging in size from 1/3 acre to 1 acre. The home site surroundings are as unique as Gaines Bend itself.
